Police Federation Services

THB pride ourselves on being friends of the Police Federation. Having represented many officers and staff in respect of criminal and disciplinary matters we are pleased to offer a special service to members of the Federation.

 

Family

For those members who need advice on divorce, separation and family matters we can offer you a free first meeting and a 10% reduction across our already competitive fees charged at the hourly rate. Our team are based in Chelmsford and can meet with you at any of our offices or at Essex Police headquarters whichever is convenient.

Wills & Probate

For a straight forward single Will we can offer a half price reduction of our normal rate at only £75 + vat.

If you and your partner or spouse wish to make mirror Wills the fee is £100 + vat, even if your partner or spouse is not a Federation member.

On Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters, we will offer a 10% reduction in our fees charged either at the fixed fee or at the hourly rate.

Conveyancing

For those members moving home, we can offer fixed Conveyancing legal fees of £475.00 for freehold properties and £550.00 for leasehold properties.
