Robert Newbould

Rob was Admitted as a Solicitor in 2007 and has represented those in custody at the Police Station since 2005, the year that he joined the Firm.

Rob prides himself on maintaining a friendly but professional relationship with those that he represents and is highly regarded both by the Courts and others within the Legal Profession.

For many months Rob was involved in a high profile drugs supply case founded upon a year long undercover Police operation and involving the use of highly-technical covert surveillance techniques. Rob has a depth of knowledge in respect of cases involving the making of decisions based upon Public Interest Immunity.

Rob is experienced in representing those facing investigation by HM Armed Forces Personnel (as well as other forms of internal investigation) and in conducting proceedings before Courts Martial.

Rob is called-upon to represent those appearing before the Magistrates’ Courts in both London and Essex on a daily basis and otherwise attends the Police Station night and day.

His hobbies and interests include football, from Sunday League (which he does play) to Champions League (which he doesn’t) and socialising, responsibly.

Rob’s dream is to own a racehorse.
