As Head of Employment Law, you will:
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in employment law together with the ambition, commercial awareness and leadership skills required to establish and grow a successful department from inception. Hold a current practising certificate and be authorised to practise in England and Wales.
Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous, together with experience of financial management, budgeting and business development. Applications are welcomed from candidates with an established client following, which will be recognised and rewarded as part of the overall package.
A proactive approach to business development, networking and marketing, together with excellent communication and client relationship skills, strong IT proficiency and a positive attitude are essential.
