The Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber) deals with appeals from the First-tier Tribunal.
If a person is seeking to challenge the decision of a First-tier Tribunal permission must have been granted by Tribunal to appeal. You can only appeal against the decision of a First-tier Tribunal if it was wrong in law.
