John deals with clients’ instructions diligently and efficiently, but with sensitivity, since he works with clients who may be grieving a loss or who feel uncomfortable giving instructions in respect of their Will.

Recent Key Case Highlights

• Proving a copy Will expeditiously, including liaising with The Crown (Bona Vacantia Dept.), who would otherwise have received the estate.
• Obtaining a limited Grant of Probate (Grant Ad Colligenda Bona) pursuant to a request to expedite, following a contract for sale agreed shortly before the property owner passed.
• Providing case papers upon request (pursuant to well-published Larke v Nugus caselaw) in a possible challenge to a Will, which remained in its infancy – the Will and file having been made by John.
