Laura Webb

Laura joined THB’s Family Team in 2019. Laura advises clients in all private family matters including divorce, finance, children, separation and pre and post nuptial arrangements. Laura also deals with Legal Aid private matters and is one of a handful of solicitors around Essex that do so.

Laura is also a partner solicitor of FLOWS receiving instructions for urgent applications such as Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.

Laura’s approach is empathetic recognising that each matter is extremely personal and important to her client’s life whilst also ensuring she gives straight forward and uncomplicated advice. She will go above and beyond to achieve the best result possible for the client and will leave no stone unturned.

Laura has a great deal of experience in children matters involving disputes about residence, contact orders and shared parenting arrangements. She also receives instructions in more complex cases where allegations of abuse have been made, in cases involving Fact Finding hearings and instructions of Guardians.

In financial matters, Laura has dealt with clients from all walks of life, from small money to multi million pound asset cases. Laura advises regularly in matters involving companies and pension disputes.
