Rhian is a Legal Executive with the firm.

Rhian has extensive knowledge in residential long leasehold landlord and tenant matters having worked in this niche area of Law for over 11 years. Working alongside Amanda Chinery at Taylor Haldane Barlex LLP in our Chelmsford office. Rhian represents clients such as freeholders, leaseholders and management companies.

Rhian frequently advises groups of leaseholders in collectively enfranchising and exercising their Right to Manage, as well as assisting individual clients extend their lease via the statutory or non-statutory process or co-ordinating multiple lease extensions for substantial developments. Rhian has extensive experience dealing with all manner of consents required under a lease to include licences to alter, licences to assign and deeds of covenant. Rhian is also able to interpret leases and deal with more contentious matters such as breaches of lease covenants.
