Shannon Tomkins is a dedicated Associate Solicitor at Taylor Haldane Barlex LLP with a strong focus on Family Law. Expertise

Shannon specialises in children matters including both public law matters relating to the involvement of the Local Authority; as well as private law children matters and disputes between parents. Shannon enjoys taking a case from start to finish and supporting her clients throughout their case. Shannon regularly undertakes her own advocacy and attends Court to represent her clients. Shannon also offers advice and representation in relation to injunction proceedings for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
