Amanda Chinery

Amanda qualified in 2006 and is an experienced solicitor who clients find approachable and professional.

Amanda specialises in residential long leasehold landlord and tenant matters.  She represents both Landlords and Tenants and deals with matters including Right to Manage, Collective Enfranchisement and Lease Extension.

Amanda is experienced in drafting leases, deeds of variation and is able to handle with skill and care, a variety of lease disputes including service charge arrears.

Amanda is able to deal with all matters in this field in both the County Court and Tribunal.
