Anna is a Law Society Children’s Panel member and Legal Aid Supervisor specialising in complex public and private family law matters. Since qualifying in 2020 with a 1st Class degree and multiple academic awards, she has developed extensive expertise in representing parents and children in highly complex cases, including non-accidental injury, wardship, and cross-border proceedings. Anna is a dedicated advocate for her clients, ensuring they receive clear guidance through sensitive processes such as care proceedings and emergency protection orders.

Recent Key Case Highlights

  • Non-Accidental Injury – King’s Counsel were instructed, the matter was listed for a 15-day Fact Finding hearing. Anna advised one of the Fathers within the proceedings
  • Cross-border care proceedings – A case involving a mother and child separated and residing in different countries. Immigration advice was required, and a different approach was used to try and reunite the family
