Anna South

Associate Solicitor

Anna joined Taylor Haldane Barlex in April 2021

Anna obtained a first-class law degree at Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford and went on to study her Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin, Cambridge obtaining a distinction. Whilst studying Anna received awards for the ‘most outstanding student’ in Family Law and Child Law. Anna qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020.

Anna deals with many aspects of public Law family work, including care proceedings. She has dealt with cases including female genital mutilation, special guardianship orders, wardship, non-accidental injury, allegations of sexual abuse and has worked with cases involving the Official Solicitor.

Anna is also experienced with private law matters, including child arrangement orders and non-molestation orders.

Anna has a passion for Family Law, she has a client focused approach and works hard to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

Outside of work, Anna is a keen sportswoman who enjoys going to the gym, playing football and running.
