Jennifer Taylor

CONSULTANT SOLICITOR

Jennifer is a solicitor with over 17 years experience in family law. She has worked solely as a family practitioner and therefore has a wide detailed knowledge of all aspects of family law. Jennifer is able to offer a sympathetic, practical approach to an area of law that can be highly emotional and stressful for all parties concerned. By specialising in one area Jennifer is able to offer a personalised, high quality service and prides herself on dedication to her clients.

Jennifer is a member of The Law Society Family Law Panel, Resolution, Essex Family Solutions and Elecl Collaborative Law Pod. She can offer a traditional approach to divorce/separation and as she is collaboratively trained, can also provide an alternative approach in all areas of family law. As a member of Resolution Jennifer will always aim to keep matters as amicable as possible. If matters become contested these will be dealt with in a civilised manner to ensure the client is protected.

Jennifer can offer advice and assistance on all areas of family law including, divorce, separation, cohabitation, children issues including child arrangement disputes and issues regarding child maintenance, civil partnerships, pre marital agreements, pre civil partnership, property issues and financial settlement within divorce (specialising in high net worth assets and business division). Jennifer also has experience in dealing with police pensions.

If matters do become contested Jennifer is able to represent clients at court on all family areas.
