Jeremy Monod

SOLICITOR

Jeremy is a solicitor at the firm’s Shoeburyness office.

After gaining a law degree at the University of Leicester Jeremy trained at a firm in Bournemouth and qualified as a solicitor in 1986. In 2000 he joined Robinsons which became part of THB in May 2017.

Jeremy has over 30 years experience of all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing. His areas of practice include:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Remortgages
  • Grant of new leases
  • Lease extensions

Jeremy adopts a common sense approach to conveyancing, which enables him to identify, explain to clients and to resolve the important issues in a transaction.

In his leisure time Jeremy enjoys participating in tennis at the local club and playing snooker.
