Jessy is a Partner within the Commercial team based in Chelmsford and deals with various aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, bridging and secured lending, overage and option agreements, and non-contentious landlord and tenant transactions.

Jessy has experience acting for buyers and sellers for both freehold and leasehold residential property transactions. Jessy also has experience with company matters including business acquisitions and disposals. Her clients consist of private individuals, investment buyers, developers and landlords.

Recent projects involve;

Acting for one of Britain’s biggest residential landlords in one of the largest transfers of a Buy to Let portfolio. The transaction consisted of over 330 leasehold properties in west London and involved mortgage transactions of over £70m;
Acting for a developer involving an option agreement and overage for an airspace lease with development rights to create additional storeys on residential and commercial buildings;
Acting for a developer involving the conversion of commercial premises to residential units;
Acting for individuals purchasing a multi-million pound company by way of a management buy out via a newly formed company.
