Jessy Dyer

Jessy works within the Commercial team based in Chelmsford and deals with various aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, bridging and secured lending and non-contentious landlord and tenant transactions. Jessy also has experience acting for buyers and sellers for both freehold and leasehold residential property transactions. Her clients consist of private individuals, investment buyers, developers and landlords.

Jessy co-led the team in one of the largest transfers of a Buy to Let portfolio belonging to one of Britain’s biggest landlords. The transaction consisted of over 330 leasehold properties in West London and included mortgage transactions of over £70m.
