He has a specialist knowledge of residential long leasehold matters including Right to Manage, collective enfranchisements and individual lease extensions as well as service charge issues. His client base includes both landlords and lessees.

He also deals with high value commercial transactions including mergers, acquisitions and take-overs. He acts for both individuals and companies operating in various business sectors.
