Stuart is a Crime and Professional Misconduct Caseworker at THB Legal, supporting police officers and other individuals facing criminal investigations, professional misconduct proceedings and regulatory enquiries.

Drawing on his extensive background in policing and his experience as a Federation Representative and former Misconduct Lead of Essex Police Federation, Stuart has a strong understanding of the pressures and challenges police officers can face when under investigation.

He provides practical, informed and compassionate support throughout what can often be an extremely stressful and complex process, including police station interviews, post-incident procedures, misconduct proceedings and regulatory matters.

Stuart is currently undergoing Accreditation as a Police Station Representative, further developing his knowledge and experience in criminal defence and police station representation.

His extensive professional background in policing and police representation also provides him with valuable insight into the challenges faced by officers throughout criminal and misconduct investigations.
