Eligibility
To be considered for our Solicitor Apprenticeship, you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent) with a total of 128 UCAS points
- At least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics
Overview
Our Solicitor Apprenticeship is a full-time role that combines practical work experience with structured academic training. Throughout, you will:
- Complete study modules set by the Training Provider Datalaw.
- Apply your learning to real-world legal tasks.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced legal professionals.

Structure
The Solicitor Apprenticeship is 6-years, divided into the following stages:
- Year 1-2: Legal foundations, ethics, public law and core legal knowledge alongside working in the firm.
- Year 3-4: More advanced legal knowledge and practical legal skills, building the required occupational evidence and experience.
- Year 5-6: Higher-level solicitor training, SQE preparation and completion of the solicitor apprenticeship requirements, followed by SQE1 and SQE2 and the final assessment.
