Our Regulatory Team has a huge amount of experience over a number of years of dealing with Health and Safety Prosecutions, both Prosecuting and Defending.

The area of Health and Safety Law is fast developing and specialist, and employer’s duties are extensive. However, the introduction of Health and Safety Legislation has led to a huge decrease in work related deaths.

Taylor Haldane Barlex LLP are proud to hold the contract for the Eastern Region, to Prosecute on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive. A contract which we have now held for very many number of years.

Over these years, our Team have become unrivalled experts in the area, and drawing upon their experience in Criminal Law and Procedure means that their knowledge and passion knows no bounds.

Lead by Matthew Taylor, the Team has had incomparable experience in relation to Appeals before the Employment Tribunal, matters before the Court of Appeal and High Court as well as experience acting for the Health and Safety Executive in a number of Inquests.
