If you think lawyers just sit in offices pushing paper around you are mistaken. A team of the most ardent THB faithful put on their running shoes and set to the streets of Chelmsford to run the Birketts Race4Business, 5k Charity event for Farleigh Hospice.
THB Solicitors every year put a dedicated team together to run this well-run Birketts event. This year we entered a record number of THB faithful and 14 Partners and staff went the distance in this years summer sun.
It was a great fun event. It saw one of our Partners showing the younger contingent that experience and commitment gets results and we witnessed some, but not all, personal best times.
If any of you spotted one of our team being taken by ambulance to the finish line do not fret, it was only a precautionary measure and I am told he is in full recovery.
Next year we all hope we can better our times and maybe encourage some more of us to join in.
A big well done to all the running (some walking) team.
