Matthew Taylor and Briony Clarke have been successful in their applications to be added to the List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law.
The process required them both to demonstrate and evidence their skill and expertise in this field.
The List provides specialist Advocates who can be called upon to Prosecute on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency, the Care Quality Commission, Office for Nuclear Regulation, the Office of Rail and Road and Natural Resources Wales.
