Danielle Roberts

Crown Court Manager

Danielle is an extremely experienced criminal defence caseworker with responsibility for our North Essex Crown Court caseload.

Danielle joined THB Solicitors in 2018 and has wide experience of all aspects of criminal defence work comprising  police station attendance  and undertaking specialised litigation work on the most serious of cases.

Danielle has worked in Criminal Defence since 2005, gaining her Police Station Accreditation in 2010.

She has extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with a vast array of matters from minor  thefts to serious sexual offences , firearms offences and murder. Her work continues after Crown Court cases have concluded in assisting with the ancillary confiscation proceedings under the  Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

Danielle is also experienced in relation to the Armed Forces Act 2006, and regularly represents clients from the Military and Royal Navy.

Danielle’s passion has always been Criminal Defence. She takes a very personable but professional  approach when dealing with all matters and works tirelessly to produce successful results and provides quality client care.
